All sandwiches made with french pullman bread, fresh from the local San Diego Bakery, Bread & Cie.


Our take on a Caprese Salad in a grilled cheese. We use California mozzarella with locally farmed tomatoes and spinach lightly marinated in Italian dressing.

Three Cheese

California Pacific sharp cheddar, Swiss Cheese, and grated Enchilado cheese from Oaxaca, Mexico.

Spicy Mac

3 Pepper Cheddar with think sliced applewood smoked bacon over a Cheddar macaroni and cheese in a sandwich.


Wild caught Langostino lobster with our chipotle aioli between Sharp Cheddar and Mexican Enchilado cheese. This sandwich is limited based on season.

Tri Tip

Beef Tri Tip marinated in bourbon molasses with Steakhouse onion-aged Cheddar and Sharp Cheddar.

Buffalo Chicken

Sliced Buffalo chicken breast marinated in Franks Red Hot sauce with our 3 Pepper Cheddar and Blue Cheese.


Egg, Tomato, Sharp Cheddar with applewood smoked bacon and light cayenne pepper.


This one is only available by request for catering events. We use a very unique Strawberry Chardonnay White Cheddar, add fresh cut bananas and strawberries, and a thin layer of Nutella on Brioche bread. Minimum order of 8 sandwiches.
